Meet Sheilah Davis
Greetings
My name is Sheilah Davis. I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. With 15 years of psychotherapy expertise, I provide a client-centered and humanistic approach based on compassion, understanding, and respect for each individual I work with.

Using a client-centered approach and a humanistic viewpoint, I place a strong emphasis on sincerity, unconditional positive regard, respect, and empathy. In order to help you to make healthy changes and achieve your aspirations, I provide a safe, judgment-free environment where you can examine your ideas, feelings, and behaviors connected to the issues you are now facing.
I provide a comfortable, welcoming, and encouraging environment in which you’re able to examine their ideas, feelings, and activities. Together, we address any obstacles and uncover your strengths so that you may expand on them.
I have training in several different modalities, such as art therapy, play therapy, sandplay therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Each and every session must be tailored to fit the particular requirements and goals of my clients. I’m here to encourage you whether you’re experiencing with addiction, social conflicts, anxiety, depression, or any other issues related to your mental health.
